Paolo Narciso, PhD

VP New Product and Program Development, AARP Foundation

Paolo Narciso is AARP Foundation's  Vice President of New Product and Program Development overseeing the Foundation’s work developing and managing effective solutions for vulnerable older adults. 


In his role, he oversees the development and management of products and solutions that creates new economic opportunities, addresses social isolation and loneliness, food and housing security for vulnerable older Americans.  The solutions that AARP Foundation has developed have ranged from using AI, Voice, and VR technologies, to traditional in-person emergency relief programs that meet the immediate needs of older adults in crisis.   


Prior to AARP Foundation, Paolo was the CEO of a CloudHealth Asia (now LifeScience,ph)  providing primary care physician access to underserved populations in Southeast Asia.  He also was the founder of Global Medical Technologies, developing devices to be used for medical emergencies in under-served regions of the world.   He is a serial entrepreneur with numerous startups in technology.   He received his ME from Western Carolina University and his Doctorate from Creighton University.  He also attended the U.S. National War College.
